GOALS

The finances of apparel manufacturing work at higher order quantity (Typically 10000pcs per style). Fashinza has a proposition of low MOQ(around 500pc) and to stay financially viable with low MOQ, we needed a robust system which could allow for better project management handling more styles(20X) with minimum on-ground presence.

Fashinza decided to implement a comprehensive Order Management System (OMS) to address these challenges and improve their overall operations. The OMS was customized to meet the specific needs of the fashion manufacturing industry.
